BLOG OF THE WEEK, Don't Call Me Fashion Blogger!

Author: Francesca

Blog: Don't Call Me Fashion Blogger!

COUNTRY: ITALY

Interview

How did you get the idea to create your blog?

The truth is that Don't Call Me Fashion Blogger! is the second edition of my previous blog.I decided to go back to the blogging world because I was sick the huge amount of weird outfits that are overloading the blogosphere.

I believe that style is not build up on eccentricity, which seems to be the only aim that is pursued by several fashion bloggers. Style is generated by the perfect match between persons and outfits.

How would you describe your style?

Definititely I would say that it's a personal style. It reflects who I am.

What other blog, if you have one, inspires you in a special way and would you recommend? Besides LOOK 10 of course.
Well tyou can see them in my blogroll: I am not displaying the so called "super famous blogs", but those that I really like to read!

Who or what has been your greatest fashion inspiration and do you feel influenced by the trends?
My mother is an extreme fashionista so she is my main ispiration and I am not following trend unless I really like them!

Do you think fashion blogs might influence big brands and of course designers and creators?

Well, yes if I think about what is going on with some famous bloggers. But in this case I see a terrible loss of independence of both counterparts!

How do you value the fashion market in your country? Do you think it's on an international level?

Of course it is since I am from Italy. But I see an emerging UK Market!

Are you now with any project in hands that can lead you to where you want to be in the fashion world?
I migh have had it but I am doing another kind of job so I couldn't grab this opportunity

Finally, would you like to add anything else or what’s the one question you wish people asked you but you’ve never had the opportunity to answer?

Can they call me fashion blogger? The answer is no!!

And that’s it, thank you very much and all the best to your blog.
